My oh my, do I love cupcakes: love to eat 'em, love to make 'em, and mostly, I love to design 'em. They're actually quite difficult to mess up (its a handful of cake and frosting - who isn't happy with that?), and for some reason decorating twelve little cakes lends itself to more creativity than just one big one. So I was delighted to find Cupcake Bakeshop by Chockylit, aka Cheryl Porro, a blog devoted to her unique cupcake recipes (and droolable pictures).
